I found out about this place through Google & even initially doubted it as it was new.

I was struggling with the pests in my house as we're going through lots of upgrading with the new House Improvement Project. We wanted to hop on & renovate the whole house. At the same time, I finally got my new house & I was swarmed with both projects. To put the cherry on top, both houses were going individual pests problems & I needed someone to come in to give me a clear direction & simultaneously handle the situation.

Through the 1st call & after explanation of the situation, I love how they first assured me, then clearly breaking down my problems into the individual houses. From there, instead of many other companies, they sent one person, Karen, down to be with me the whole day & went to both houses with clear explanation on what is needed for each house & in total what are we looking at, how do we solve it.

The next day, the situation seem to got worse & I panicked & called back. The person on phone was very up to date to my situation & reassured me that Karen has updated her & it's normal. Clear communication throughout.

My things was finally going smoothly & things were solved in a week through the Teamwork, efficiency & effective, good quality methods of placement & chemicals.

Will recommend to friends & family !

I sleep better thanks to the team at 3000Immunity. I have been with them for a year and just renewed for another year. When I moved into my flat last year, there was an ant and roach problem. Ants all over the kitchen counters and walls. Roaches…ugh! I called 3000Immunity and Karen got me taken care of the very same day for first service. Ant and roach problem is gone! We work together as a team. I have followed their suggestions for things around the house and they do their part. Our technician, Abdullah, is like a friend now. Everyone is kind and very responsive. I reached for 3000Immunity Pte Ltd when ants had taken over my living space. I was very pleased with a prompt response to my matter with pest control treatment advised, chemicals to be used, a cost of it and a 3000Immunity Pte Ltd Technician availability. The pest control Technician arrived on time, carried out an inspection of my living premises and described the methods and chemicals to be used. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I haven't seen any pests in my house for over 3 months now. I shall be in touch with 3000Immunity Pte Ltd to fight pests in the future.

I reached out to them on Sunday evening for roach spraying (figuring they would respond on Monday). But they immediately responded back! Could make an appointment for 2 days later. We were going on vacation so I was super happy with the fast appointment. They guy was 30 min early and was very kind and knowledgeable. Giving explanation, lots of tips and answering my questions. So far the treatment is working really well. Very professional, fast service, highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Response was quick and cordial since my first contact. A few days after service was performed, I contacted them again because I had new roaches in my kitchen.
